Every week, "Retratos con alma" will address the various issues touched up on in the series on La 1. Through testimonies from outstanding personalities including women pioneers in various fields, the show will explore how the fictional stories in the series compare to real-life stories of contemporary women enduring some of the same difficulties.

The show will reflect the sort of historic conflicts that are still present around us and affect women’s freedom: sexuality, family, women in the workplace, education, and women pioneers, among other issues, and it will also include the male point of view.
