On “Expedition Impossible” 20 celebrities, grouped in 10 teams, face the greatest challenge of their lives; torn from their usual surroundings, stripped of their fame and the comforts of their daily lives, abandoned in the most extreme and inhospitable place imaginable, they'll fight against themselves and against their rivals in order to achieve their objective: to get back to civilization.

The expedition begins in the middle of the Sahara Desert, a place where our celebrities' fame, status, money and contacts are worth absolutely nothing; so, in order to get back to civilization and win “Expedition Impossible,” they'll have to discover the person and the explorer underneath their fame.

Throughout the 12 eliminatory stages, the couples will travel around the most remote and wildest landscapes of the Kingdom of Morocco; they'll have to put themselves to the test and survive on their own in order to remain in the expedition and overcome the challenges faced in each of the stages.
