'The Voice' wins the Iris Award for Best Entertainment program

The Spanish Academy of Television and Audiovisual Arts and Science hosted the 25th edition of the Iris Awards on January 16. The awards ceremony, presented by Luis Larrodera, took place at the Gran Teatro Caixabank Principe Pío in Madrid.

During the event, various awards were conferred upon industry professionals and audiovisual productions that have aired on major networks and platforms over the past year. “The Voice”, the famous ITV format produced by Boomerang TV, won the Iris Award for Best Entertainment Show of 2023. Boomerang TV’s Executive Director and Executive Producer on “The Voice”, Encarna Pardo, was there to accept the award, accompanied by Susana Perez. The show’s Production Manager, Margarita Asensio, was unable to attend the ceremony.

Once again this year, the Antena 3 program competed as a finalist the Best Production category for Juanma Beautell, Gerardo Ferreras, and Álvaro Santamarina.

Over the past ten years, the celebrated talent show produced by Boomerang TV has garnered numerous awards, including two Ondas Awards, the TV Academy Awards and the Festval Award, among others.
